Nursery
Welcome to Whittle Academy. We are always so excited when children start at Whittle as we get to know you, your children and help them on a journey of learning. Nursery is a wonderful adventure where your children will play and learn new skills every day. By the end of the year, you will have seen your child grow and blossom and able to do so many wonderful things. Children will have explored the world around and most importantly had the most amazing fun!
Opening Hours
Standard Session Times – Term time only
- Morning: 8:30-11:30
- Afternoon: 12:30-3:30
- Full Day Option (30hours): Yes
- Full day timings: 8:30-2:30
There is an option to add an extra hour onto the end of the day – 2:30-3:30
Available Places
- Total Nursery Places: 26 places in each session
- Age Range Accepted: 3-4 year olds (N2). Children must have turned 3 before 1st September.
- If there are spaces in Nursery there may be an additional intake in January and April (N2). Contact the school to see if this is an option
Funded Hours Offered:
- 15 hours (Universal)
- 30 hours (Extended)
